How much does it cost, and does it include the racks?

How often should I have it cleaned?
It depends on how much you use it and what you use it for. Some people find that once cleaned they can manage to keep on top of it themselves. Others like to have it professionally cleaned every 6 - 12 months.
How long does it take?
On average it takes about 2 hours to clean a standard oven – usually between 1½ - 2½ hours, depending on how stubborn it is! Agas and ranges take a bit longer and more time is needed for hobs, extractors etc.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Not really. I bring everything I need – including coverings to put on the floor. All I need is water from the tap – preferably hot! And the offer of a cup of tea is greatly appreciated!
Will the chemicals used affect my young children or pets?
I use professional products that are only available commercially – no fumes, no unpleasant odours, and safe for pets and children.
How far out do you come?
I work in the Vale of Aylesbury, but am flexible to customer needs.
